To operate the device, the use of a adequately dimensioned power cable is required! This applies to any cable connected to the device. The required design values can found in section interfaces.

Warning

Please be extra careful when cleaning the lens. Follow the instructions below. Otherwise there is a risk of leaving scratches on the lens. Do not try to open the camera enclosure. Doing so would damage the thermal coupling and dust/water sealing of the enclosure and void the warranty of your product.

Cleaning

The lens is not part of the camera as a product. Please follow the cleaning instructions from your lens manufacturer.

Generally, lenses must be handled with care. They are usually cleaned with a soft micro fabric without applying pressure.

The cooling fins on the camera enclosure should be checked regularly for dust accumulation and if necessary be cleaned to ensure optimal performance. Please use a clean, dry and soft brush for cleaning. A soft fabric can be used for cleaning any external surface of the device (except optical surfaces). For the removal of persistent stains, a 70% isopropanol solution can be used additionally. Do not apply excessive pressure during cleaning to avoid scratches and mechanical damage.
